How big are the apartments?
From 70m2, Tiketike Brooklyn homes are exceptionally well designed for useable, liveable space. They do not have an internal stairwell or lift taking up valuable square metre area and boast generous outside living Decks / Courtyards plus a 2.7m ceiling height for open spacious living.
When will building begin & will will the homes be ready?
Construction is due to commence January 2020, and are programmed to be ready to move in June 2021.

Is there a body corporate?
Yes a body corporate applies to these 24 homes, it covers insurance, common area electricity, water, rates, garden maintenance, general repair, maintenance and contingency fund, rubbish collection, fire protection and a long term maintenance fund, and also takes care of your rubbish collection and home insurance - Easy! What are the body corporate fees?
The first year’s levies are budgeted at $4,025.83 (including your home insurance, rubbish collection and management fee).
Do I have choices over the internal/external colours?
No. Options are fixed to enable the development to start right away and retain the designed character throughout each home.
Can I purchase upgrades if I want them?
No. We’ve protected your future property values by ensuring consistency in finishes across all Tiketike homes. This also ensures maximum cost efficiencies, which are in turn reflected in the pricing and construction timing of Tiketike.
Can we change the floor plans?
No. But please be rest assured that the experienced, award-winning team at Solari Architects have created an internal living space for each apartment that maximises useable space, sunlight hours and outlook within the design rules for the development’s resource consent.
I need schooling/daycare. What are my local options?
TikeTike Brooklyn is zoned for the sought-after Brooklyn School (decile ten) and St Bernard’s (unzoned) is close too. Wellington High, Wellington Girls’ and Wellington East Girls are all in zone.
